Microwave Concept Dinner x Furrmien Collaboration

4 nights, 7 courses, 3 microwaves and fermented foods. A seven course experience showcasing microwave cooking and rescued fermented produce by Furrmien.

In collaboration with Furrmien’s use of the microwave - an ordinary household item to create a seven course dining experience, styling for this four night event looked at the utility of pantry and household items, pulling from its original decorative, utensil or food itention and serving dual purpose as decor and dinnerwares.
